After having a hysterectomy and experiencing early menopause with all its horrible side-effects; including hot flashes, weight gain, night sweats, depression, and mood swings, just to name a few, Nurse Judi, thanks to a wonderful Nurse Practitioner, learned about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).  This discovery facilitated the sought after relief and reclamation of her zest for life.  Upon her breakthrough and experience with the amazing benefits, Nurse Judi convinced her husband to also start HRT.  Within a few weeks, they were both encountering the outcomes of balanced and corrected hormone levels (clearer thinking, increased muscle mass, enhanced libido, weight loss, and improved motivation).  At that point, Nurse Judi decided she had found her calling and needed to expand her education and knowledge to help others discover HRT.
